Well, I’m finally reunited with my Landcruiser. A long time coming.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your service and professionalism in this undertaking. Even with a hiccup (Hapag Lloyd) and the time of year (Christmas shutdown) you were on top of things to have problems sorted in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use your service again or recommend your service to another fellow overlander.
Those words come with complete sincerity. In saying these words, I also realize that not every client can be easily satisfied. However, it’s the “can do” attitude that permeates Freight factory. The willingness to try and, putting the customer first. I may not own a Ferrari or a Jaguar coupe but still, my vehicle is important to me no matter the cost. Thank you, Al Frewin
